What we do

Orientation and Support

If you find yourself in a relationship or group where control, manipulation, or psychological violence dominate your daily life — you are not alone.
Coercive control is a form of violence that systematically isolates, disempowers, and fosters dependency. It is already recognized as a criminal offense in the UK, with thousands of documented cases. In Germany, there is still no comparable legal protection.

We offer an initial, free orientation session — confidential, trauma-informed, and entirely independent of any religious affiliation. Our approach is interdisciplinary and ideologically neutral.
We deliberately distance ourselves from spiritual or church related frameworks in order to create a truly safe space — free from ideological influence, spiritual bypassing, or ‘cult hopping’.

Whether you are seeking to free yourself from a destructive relationship or leaving a group with cult-like structures, we support you with respect, clarity, and understanding. You don’t have to walk this path alone.

Tipp: The podcast Seelenfänger‘ (Soul Catcher) from BR offers powerful insights into how dangerous pseudo-spiritual systems can be — and how people manage to free themselves from them.

What happens afterwards?

sAfter leaving a controlling relationship, group or ideology, many people experience a phase of in-between: they no longer belong to the old community, but do not yet feel that they have fully rejoined society.

During this transitional period, it is often difficult to understand ones own thoughts and feelings.
The worldview that previously shaped one’s life collapses – but  a new, more sustainable view of oneself and the world is still missing.
This can feel like a loss of meaning, identity and belonging – comparable to the experiences of traumatised people from other contexts.

This phase can feel chaotic and disorienting, but it also marks the beginning of something new. Over time, it’s possible to rebuild trust in your own thoughts, reconnect with others, and discover ways of living that feel more authentic and supportive.
